Hope y‘all had a great weekend! As usual, i try to close the sunday with a good read and well, this week does not disappoint. I don‘t know yet who won Chicago Marathon (as it’s currently still running while I’m typing) but i really love how stores, running crews, communities and (sometimes) the brands adapt the bigger marathon weekends to create cool stuff and organize surrounding events - even for those not running the big run. 2 The Loop x Nike
Ok, don‘t mess with Texas! The Loop Running Supply Austin is one of those running retailers that just put in a little more work when it comes to content creation. For their latest Nike coop, they again went a step further, bringin‘ a horse into their content. I love it, it‘s pretty wild! Btw @b.c.calico did the shots!
3 SOAR AW‘22
One of the most subtile indie running apparel brands in SOAR Running from London. Somehow they made it into the circle of top running brands without big logos, being too loud or over the top collaborations. I always love their understatement approach in their designs with a huge focus on the functionality and the product itself. The AW‘22 editorial definitely has something quiet but also mystical, so count me in! Make sure to check out the bad weather „Ultra Jacket“ and don‘t forget to get the run cap 3.0 - it‘s a future classic. HERE!
4 Li-Ning Feidian Ultra 3
After rank 3 & 6 in Berlin Marathon, Li-Ning is about to drop their new flagship carbon racer Feidian Ultra 3 in a wider release soon. I‘m curios about the Colorways that will be further released and tbh I had a wow moment when i realised Li-Ning was already established in 1990. Didn‘t know.
5 Norda 001 LTD Edition Lilac
Promise, i won’t talk about Norda every week. But atm i got the feeling, their output is just crazy, only weeks after their latest Satisfy collab. The Lilac colorway comes in limited quantities and each one with handpainted midsoles, so every pair is kinda unique. I‘m waiting for the mid (?) variant without laces that has been teased last week btw. Get your Lillac 001 here!
